What Font do they Use In Dollar Bills?

Our research found that the fonts used are custom and are the property of the American Federal Government. So it isn’t available to the public. But we found two fonts that resemble the Font used in the dollar: Dollar Bills and One Dance Font.

Dollar Bill Font

Dollar Bill Font is an all-caps font inspired by the letters in dollar bills and bank certificates. The Font has a fat and serif style that gives it a classic and sophisticated appearance. It resembles the words “Federal Reserve Note” written on the bill.

The Twicolabs Foundation designed this fancy, varied font. The Font has uppercase, lowercase, numerals, punctuation, and symbols. The Font is free for personal use only. You can download and use the Font for personal projects, but you must donate to the designer or contact them for commercial projects.

One Dance Font

One Dance Font is a serif typeface with a bold and chunky style. The Font has a geometric and wavy look, with curved and swashy strokes. The American bill inspires the Font. Especially the numerals are written in words like “ONE”.

The Font has uppercase, lowercase, numerals, punctuation, and symbols. The Font is 100% free for both personal and commercial.
